STRUCTURAL STEEL

Structural Steel

Our robust structural steel is designed for demanding oil and gas operations, providing strength and durability for a variety of maintenance and construction work. It’s essential for building platforms, pipelines supports, rigs, storage tanks, and structural frameworks. Plates are ideal for flooring and heavy-duty surfaces, beams and C-channels for frameworks and load-bearing structures, and angle bars for bracing, reinforcement, and structural stability.

PLATE

Plate

Steel plates are flat, rectangular products manufactured through hot rolling or cold rolling processes and are widely used in construction, fabrication, and heavy industrial applications. Known for their excellent strength, durability, and versatility, steel plates serve as a fundamental material in structural works, equipment manufacturing, and engineering projects.

Steel plates are available in various grades, thicknesses, and dimensions to suit different operational requirements. Depending on the application, they can offer enhanced properties such as high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and impact resistance.

These plates are commonly utilized in industries such as oil & gas, shipbuilding, infrastructure, machinery fabrication, and general engineering, where reliable performance under demanding conditions is essential.

Our supplied steel plates comply with recognized international standards and can be provided in a wide range of specifications, including carbon steel, high-strength low-alloy steel, and specialized grades to meet project-specific requirements.

Specifications
ASTM A36 - General structural steel plate for fabrication and construction
ASTM A516 Gr. 60 / 65 / 70 - Pressure vessel quality plate with excellent toughness
ASTM A572 - High-strength low-alloy structural steel
ASTM A240 (304 / 316) - Stainless steel plates for corrosion-resistant applications
ASTM A387 Gr. 11 / 22 - Alloy steel plates for high-temperature service
ASTM A283 Gr. C - Low to intermediate tensile strength carbon steel plate

BEAM

Beam

Beams, also known as Universal Beams (UB) or H-Beams, are structural steel members widely used in construction, infrastructure, and industrial applications due to their high strength-to-weight ratio and excellent load-bearing capability. The distinctive “I” shaped cross-section is designed to efficiently resist bending and shear forces, making it ideal for supporting heavy loads over long spans.

Materials:
S275 / S355 (EN Standards) – Structural grades widely used in construction and industrial projects
SS400 (JIS Standard) – Equivalent structural steel for general fabrication use

Available in wide range of:
Beam depths and flange widths
Various thicknesses
Standard lengths (6 m / 9 m / 12 m or cut-to-length)
Custom sizes subject to mill availability

C-CHANNEL

C-Channel

C-Channel, also known as a C-section or channel beam, is a structural steel component with a “C”-shaped cross-section consisting of a web and two parallel flanges. It is manufactured through hot-rolling or cold-forming processes and is widely used in structural and fabrication works due to its excellent strength-to-weight ratio and ease of installation.

C-Channels provide strong load-bearing support while remaining lighter than many solid structural members, making them ideal for applications that require both strength and material efficiency. Their shape allows for easy connection, welding, and bolting, making them highly versatile in construction and engineering projects.

ANGLE BAR

Angle Bar

Angle Bar, also known as an L-section or angle section, is a structural steel product formed with two legs at a 90° angle. It is manufactured through hot rolling and is widely used in construction, fabrication, and engineering applications due to its strength, rigidity, and versatility.

Angle bars provide excellent support for structural frameworks and are ideal for reinforcing corners, edges, and joints. Their shape allows for efficient load distribution while maintaining a relatively light weight, making them suitable for both load-bearing and general-purpose fabrication works.

Angle bars are available in:
Mild steel for general structural use
High-strength steel for demanding applications
Galvanized finish for corrosion protection
Primer-coated or painted surfaces upon request
